    CPSD has received a waiver from the state to forgive the two days lost due to winter weather. Please note on your calendar that we will NOT have school on Good Friday, April 3 and Easter Monday, April 6.

    DOVE Award 
    CJHS teacher Misty Duke wins DOVE customer service award. “Mrs. Duke is the kindest woman in the world,” said Clinton Junior High School parent Venetia Miller. “Mrs. Duke makes learning and coming to school a wonderful experience for the children.”

    Attention 7th graders. Do you like to talk to your fellow classmates?  Do you like to take pictures?  Are you creative and computer savvy?  Then the Yearbook Staff, may be for you.  If so, Pick up an application from now to April 17 from the main office. You must have 2 recommendations from your teachers.  Turn in your completed application to Mrs. Metz by April 17.

  • fundfactory2 FundingFactory® Recycling Program 

    CJHS is participating in the FundingFactory® Recycling Program. Please donate your empty printer cartridges and used cell phones from home and work to our Technology Foundations classes. We will recycle the cartridges and cell phones to earn new technology equipment or receive cash to purchase needed items. Your child can bring the recyclable items to their Technology Foundations teacher or it can be dropped off at the CJHS office. Thank you for your support.   • Tdap Immunization for All 7th Graders
    For students entering 7th grade, Mississippi now requires that a recent Tdap (tetanus, diptheria and pertussis) vaccination "booster" be given and documented on a MS Health Department Form 121 for each student. Recent is defined as having received an additional Tdap booster after the age of 7.
